Rexroth A7VK Axial Piston Variable Pump
The Rexroth A7VK hydraulic piston pump has a compact design. It is smaller and lighter than the A2VK, while maintaining the same mounting flange, drive shaft and functional interface, making it easy to replace. The pump body has undergone special surface treatment to enhance corrosion resistance and is suitable for harsh working conditions.
In terms of adjustment, the A7VK hydraulic pump supports manual adjustment and is equipped with a preset display and clamping device to effectively prevent misoperation. Its double-shaft sealing structure uses special materials and is combined with a flushing chamber design to achieve damage identification and environmental protection.
The core component of the pump adopts mature axial tapered plunger technology, combined with a sturdy rotating component, to improve volumetric efficiency and reduce operating noise. At the same time, an optional mounted high-pressure safety valve can be provided for additional protection.
The closed design (A7VKG) has a separate filling channel and pump housing, which is suitable for high-viscosity liquids or hydraulic oils and supports higher allowable filling pressures, but the box drain oil must be discharged.
The open design (A7VKO) connects the shell to the suction chamber, eliminating the need for a box oil drain pipe and simplifying system piping connections.
