Sauer Danfoss Series 90 Hydraulic Motors 042/055/75/100/130
The 90 series hydraulic motors feature parallel axial pistons and slippers with a fixed swash plate design. Displacements range from 55 cm³ to 130 cm³ (3.35 in³ to 7.90 in³) and maximum operating pressures up to 450 bar (6,525 psi).
Danfoss 90 series motors are suitable for a variety of closed-loop systems and are typically used with 90 series hydraulic pumps or other Danfoss products to transmit and control hydraulic power. In addition, these motors are bidirectional and can suck or discharge fluids through either port.

Danfoss Series 90 hydrostatic pumps and motors can be used together or in conjunction with other products in a system to transmit and control hydraulic power. They are suitable for closed circuit applications.
The Series 90 variables are compact, high power density units. All models utilize the parallel axial piston/slide concept in conjunction with a tiltable swash plate to vary the pump displacement. Reversing the angle of the swash plate reverses the oil flow in the pump, which in turn reverses the direction of rotation of the motor output.
The Series 90 pump-motors include an integral charge pump to provide system make-up and cooling oil flow, as well as control fluid flow. They also feature a range of auxiliary mounting pads to accommodate auxiliary hydraulic pumps for supplementing the hydraulic system. A complete range of control options are available to accommodate a variety of control systems (mechanical, hydraulic, electrical).
The Series 90 motors also use a parallel axial piston/slide design in conjunction with a fixed or tiltable swash plate. They can suction/discharge fluid through either port; they are bi-directional. They also include an optional loop flush feature to provide additional cooling and cleaning of the fluid in the working circuit.
